On Thursday, July 11, 2024Father Desmond P. (Fintan) Sheeran, ss.cc., a member of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary-United States Province, passed away at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA. You may read his obituary here: Fintan Sheeran Obituary.

His funeral will be celebrated on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Parish in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.Fairhaven Funeral Home will live stream the funeral at:
